My mission is oneness in a world of beauty

I was born in West Palm Beach, FL. to immigrant parents from Mexico & Nicaragua.

For as early as I can remember I have been an artist and always drawing and creating.

As a teenager I went to an arts high school where I honed my craft and received some of the highest awards and honors a teen artist could receive. In 2014 I was awarded a Young Arts Finalist and received a Gold Medal from the Scholastic Arts & Writing Awards for my portfolio. Receiving both of these prestigious awards was rare and I was essentially the “best” teen artist in the United States.

Winning these awards gave me the confidence to continue pursuing art and went to Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA as a Fine Arts Major.

Moving across the country on my own gave me the opportunity to rediscover myself. I began a journey of self exploration in search of an Authentic Me. Unlearning 18 years of societal, familiar, and religious conditioning suppressing my divinity and unique magic.

The journey of authenticity inspired me to refrain from any form of alteration to my natural body to see what a 100% natural and authentic me physically looked like. This included not cutting or trimming any hair. I also decided I had to make my own clothes. Since 2015, I only wear what I make and have yet to cut my hair (I now shave my face and occasionally trim my hair).

In college I attended my first yoga class that changed my life.

Yoga became a new passion and way of being. A Yogic lifestyle was so inspiring to me that I went to a Yoga festival out in Joshua Tree that transformed my life. I attended the festival alone and arrived with an open mind and an open heart and experienced so much joy & expansion. I attended my first ever Sound Bath there in a room packed with over 100 people and multiple sound healers. At this festival I purchased my first Tibetan singing bowl.

My art practice evolved in college and I began to do more performance art, video art, & fashion design. I desired to create art that was interactive and could transform lives. The journey of self discovery for an authentic me became my art practice.

Through my art I started creating experiences like performative dinners, guided yoga, and revolutionary dance parties on campus.

I found a passion for creating experiences for others that were centered around Joy and Connection.

After graduating college I began to work in LA as an arts educator for elementary school kids and adults with disabilities. In my classes I incorporated meditation and sustainability for my students.

In 2020 the world shifted. Fear and restriction was the vibration around me in LA. With so much time at home I invested in a Quartz Singing Bowl set.

I went on a life changing journey to Sedona, AZ where I had a profound experience with psilocybin that illuminated the next chapter in my life. An astrologer in Sedona shared with me that I needed to focus on the power of sound and also encouraged me to leave LA as soon as possible.

As soon as I returned home from Sedona I was looking for places to move to - my time in Sedona was so powerful I wanted to move there. The universe had other plans and I ended up returning to my roots in South Florida in October of 2020.

In Florida I connected to community by going to local yoga studios. I began offering Sound Baths at studios and for friends. I met my life partner on the Lions gate Portal and things kept aligning to my wildest dreams.

By living my authentic truth and always following the path of Joy I ended up exactly where I needed to be.

Offering Sound Baths became my full time profession.

Now, I have facilitated hundreds of Sound Baths for private events, private clients, luxury resorts & spas, people in recovery, wellness festivals, & at many yoga studios.

Sharing the peace and bliss of Sound Healing is profound but I wanted to share MORE of the practices, lifestyles and techniques that have influenced my life so I began offering retreats and day experiences where I could share more intimately how I have aligned to my authenticity and live my best life.

After 8+ years of practicing yoga I finally got my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training certification.

Currently, I offer Sound Healing, Retreats, Yoga, Corporate Team Building & Mentorship.
